We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a skilled and dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Shopify stores and expertise in Facebook marketing to help grow our online presence and streamline operations.

Responsibilities
Shopify Management
Add, update, and manage products on the Shopify platform.
Customize and update Shopify themes for a professional, user-friendly store design.
Implement third-party apps and integrations to improve store functionality.

Facebook Management
Develop and execute Facebook marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Create engaging posts, images, and videos tailored to the target audience.
Manage Facebook Ads campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build a strong online community.
Analyze Facebook Insights and Ads Manager reports to optimize campaigns.

Requirements
Proven experience with Shopify store management (2+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of Facebook marketing, including Ads Manager, targeting, and analytics.
Fluent in English
Familiarity with SEO principles and e-commerce best practices.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, AI) for creating marketing materials.
Knowledge of other social media platforms or email marketing tools.
Background in customer service or e-commerce operations.
