Our multi-location mental health clinic is growing rapidly, and we’re searching for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top-tier mental health professionals. About the Role:
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in the expansion of our practice by sourcing and converting talented therapists and mental health professionals into team members. This position requires someone with a hunter mindset who can work efficiently without paid tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, leveraging platforms like Indeed and others to find, attract, and nurture leads.
You’ll also create and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with potential candidates while building tools and processes to scale recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation and Outreach:
o Source and identify mental health professionals through platforms like Indeed, social media, networking events, and referrals.
o Engage with potential candidates via email, phone, and creative outreach strategies.
• Candidate Conversion:
o Convert sourced leads into hires by effectively communicating the benefits of working with our clinic.
o Build trust and excitement among candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Pipeline Management:
o Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure ongoing recruitment needs are met.
o Create systems and tools to track candidate interactions and progress.
• Process Creation:
o Design and implement recruitment workflows and nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaboration:
o Work closely with clinic leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
o Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, hires, and recruitment challenges.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Generate a minimum of 20 new qualified leads per week.
• Successfully convert 5-8 hires per month across multiple locations.
• Maintain an average response rate of 30% or higher for outreach efforts.
• Develop and implement at least two new recruitment tools or processes within the first 90 days.
• Ensure a candidate nurturing rate of 70%, keeping potential hires engaged in the pipeline.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
• Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in recruiting mental health professionals or similar roles.
• Creative Sourcing Skills: Ability to generate leads and source candidates without access to paid LinkedIn tools.
• Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine connections with candidates.
• Process-Oriented: A knack for creating systems and workflows to streamline recruitment efforts.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools like ATS systems, Excel, Google Workspace, and email outreach tools.
• Results-Driven: You thrive in a metrics-focused environment and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location organization with shifting priorities.

Qualifications:
• Proven success as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or mental health field.
• Strong understanding of the mental health profession, including licensure and credentialing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
• Creative outside of the box thinker in recruiting and talent nurturing
