We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real estate Research and Lead
Generation Specialist with a strong background in real estate and research. The ideal
candidate will excel in identifying hotels online, conducting market research, and reporting back
to our CRM. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing hotel opportunities and keeping our
salesforce database (APTO) organized. If able, determining asset values financially is valued
but not necessary. You will be initiating contact with hotel owners via
business opportunities. Your work will directly support the sales team by maintaining and
reporting insights in Salesforce/Apto CRM as well as a software lead generator called
Outreach.AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Hotel Sourcing:
? Identify potential hotel acquisition online by researching outdoor and niche markets.
? Conduct comprehensive research to source hotels and hospitality properties for potential
acquisition.
? Develop and maintain a database of qualified hotel owners, operators, and decision-
makers through salesforce/apto.
? Build a pipeline of leads by reaching out to hotel owners and operators to initiate
conversations on potential deals via
Market Research & Analysis:
? Perform detailed market research, including trends, competitor analysis, and emerging
opportunities in the hospitality and outdoor real estate markets.
? Compile market summaries to support strategic decision-making and sales
presentations.
? Analyze local and regional markets to identify key players, high-demand areas, and
untapped opportunities.
CRM Management & Reporting:
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in
Salesforce/Apto CRM.
? Prepare weekly reports summarizing pipeline activity, lead status, and key metrics for
management.
? Work closely with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and improve overall
conversion rates.
Financial Underwriting & Valuation (NOT NECESSARY but valued):
? Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to determine hotel asset valuations.
? Assess potential investment opportunities by analyzing revenue potential, operating
costs, and ROI.
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop feasibility studies and financial models
for hotel deals.
Requirements:
Experience:
? 3+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
? Proven experience in sourcing hotel assets and engaging with hotel owners or
operators.
Skills:
? Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and
financial metrics.
? Proficiency in using CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce or Apto.
? Strong communication with your tea
? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Education: N/A
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience working in some form of real estate. Hotel is preferred but not necessary.
? Familiarity with real estate trends but not necessarily hotel and outdoor markets.
