We are looking for a highly driven individual who wants to be part of a tight-knit team that does 4 to 5 deals a month! We are happy to train the right individual with potential for growth and a desire to learn! This position will be directly under the owner and requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have Cold Calling experience
- Must be fluent in English - CLEAR ACCENT and great communication skills
- Must be able to handle objections

Cold Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further discussion with sales representatives.
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls daily to meet targets and objectives. 300 calls/day
Manage and update CRM system with lead information and activity details.
Follow up on warm leads generated through digital marketing efforts to convert prospects into clients.
Equipment Requirement:
Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)
Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
RAM: 8 GB or higher
Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with a minimum 30% free space.
Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.
Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
Compensation:
Training period – $4/hr
Client Campaigns: $4hr USD + commission - hot lead, appointment and closed deals. Lots of incentives to make deals happen!!
