TREND Agency is a Melbourne-based creative powerhouse specialising in social media, content creation, branding and web design. We’re a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to pushing boundaries and delivering innovative digital media solutions for our diverse range of clients.

We’re on the hunt for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and bring our clients’ visions to life across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Scheduling & Posting:
- Plan and schedule posts across multiple clients’ Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts using scheduling tools.
- Create engaging Instagram Stories daily, tailored to each client’s brand and voice.

Community Management:
-Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across all platforms, maintaining a friendly, professional tone.
- Build relationships with online communities to foster engagement and brand loyalty.

Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling content using Canva for graphics.
- Edit photos using Adobe Lightroom to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals.

Client Collaboration:
- Liaise with the Head of Socials for regular feedback and approvals.
- Ensure all content aligns with client objectives and TREND’s quality standards.
