Social Media Manager & Email Marketing Coordinator

I am a medical doctor specializing in modern pediatrics, gastroenterology, Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and natural healing. I’m looking for a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my social media and email marketing efforts to be a member of a newly growing small business for a long time.

Responsibilities:

1.Social Media Management
• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with my brand and goals.
• Plan, create, and design engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Write creative, captivating captions tailored to the target audience.
• Use tools like Canva, Adobe, or AI-based platforms to create visuals that reflect the brand’s identity.
• Prepare and manage weekly or monthly content calendars.
• Schedule and publish posts regularly to ensure a consistent presence.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering an active and supportive online community.

2.Email Marketing
• Plan, write, and design email newsletters every two weeks.
• Manage email campaigns using platforms like MailChimp or similar tools.
• Ensure email campaigns align with the overall tone and goals of my wellness-focused practice.

3.Content Creation Support
• Develop creative ideas for posts, campaigns, and video content.
• Prepare scripts and text for videos.
• Assist with basic video editing, such as adding subtitles and minor enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media management and email marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe, MailChimp, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a good eye for design, ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual style.
• Interest or background in wellness, Ayurveda, or holistic health is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or MidJourney is preferred, but a willingness to learn is equally valuable.
