Social media management and strategist

looking for someone with 4+ years experience with social media management (primarily Instagram) with strategies to grow following and support digital product promotion, marketing and sales and ad experience.
I am looking for someone who is competitive with themselves and is highly motivated, and someone who is excited by metrics and outcomes of their activity and strategy. Someone who can have a one year plan and then break that up and pivot based on the metrics of the business.
Deliverables:
+Weekly checkin meetings to go over the week that was and discuss the priorities of the week ahead and align on the quarterly plan.
+Can work in conjunction with other team members
+I would be relying on you to work with me to develop an overall strategy based on my business goals.
+Create a content calendar and request what you need in order to post
+Able to create tiles in Canva - skilled in graphic design
+positive attitude and enjoys learning and growing
+can offer feedback and receive feedback well

Hours to increase based on needs of the business
