--- I am hiring a VA to help in my day to day tasks.
I have also started KINO, a virtual staffing agency specializing in production support services for the film and video industry. We work with production companies across the United States, helping them manage their administrative, data entry and one-off tasks efficiently.

---Position Overview
I'm looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is excited about wearing multiple hats and growing with the business. I'm primarily looking for someone with strong administrative skills and an entrepreneurial mindset who can learn and adapt quickly.

All good if you don't have film/video production experience - I will train in production terminology, workflows, and industry-specific tools. What's most important is your ability to learn quickly and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
Full-time position

--- Required Qualifications
Previous VA experience working EST hours
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Reliable internet connection
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of Adobe suite is helpful
Knowledge of Notion is helpful
