Account Creation Specialist

Our dynamic virtual assistant (VA) will be handling straightforward tasks such as creating and managing accounts, along with daily reporting, to help our marketing team operate efficiently. An iPhone is mandatory for this role; without one, your application will not be considered.

Your daily tasks will include:

-Participating in a daily meeting to review the tasks and goals for the day.

-Creating accounts to equip the marketing team with the necessary tools to perform their jobs.

-Managing accounts to ensure the marketing team can begin work promptly without setup delays.

-Updating a spreadsheet with the details and progress of created accounts.

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

An iPhone (models ranging from iPhone 7 to 11)
Strong problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently without close supervision
Given the fast-paced nature of our industry, it’s crucial that our VA:

-Learns quickly

-Follows instructions precisely

-Can think independently and offer their own insights

In addition to excellent English communication skills, you'll need familiarity with the following:

-Proficiency with iOS devices

-Competence in using a computer

-A basic understanding of Google Sheets or AirTable

-Experience using Telegram for communication

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose your own hours as long as all daily tasks are completed. For leave and sick days, we require at least 48 hours notice, and frequent absences are not encouraged.

We offer performance-based compensation, meaning the more tasks you complete, the more you will earn, with an average wage of approximately $9 USD per hour for completing the minimum required tasks. We also provide daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses for achieving goals and demonstrating strong performance.

If hired, you will receive training on all required tasks, including the use of AirTable or Google Sheets to help you manage your workload more effectively.

You’ll be working directly with the CEO, and as our department grows, there will be opportunities for you to manage your own team of VAs and earn commissions from their work.
