Position: Healthcare Coordinators
- PT Coordinator
- Prior Authorization Coordinator
- Eligibility Coordinator
- Clinical Coordinator
- Nursing Coordinator
- Medical Records Coordinator
- Intake Coordinator

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to healthcare clients and patients in the US to provide support and services.
Maintain client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
With/Without knowledge in HIPAA compliance.
Able to handle wellsky (kinnser) software.
Able to maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in outbound operations, preferably in healthcare or a BPO setup.
- 1 to 6 months experience are welcome. (willing to be trained)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with US healthcare processes, terminology, and regulations (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A team player, respectful, with a positive attitude and commitment to personal and professional growth.
