Position: AI-Powered YouTube Manager & Video Editor

The ideal candidate will excel at combining DaVinci Resolve with AI tools to produce engaging video content and drive channel growth.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce professional podcast video content using DaVinci Resolve's advanced features
- Create and optimize educational video content, utilizing DaVinci Resolve's color grading and audio tools
- Transform long-form content into engaging shorts using DaVinci Resolve's Cut page for rapid editing
- Manage end-to-end YouTube channel optimization, including thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and tags
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve video performance and channel growth
- Create and optimize video SEO strategies using AI tools for keyword research and competitive analysis
- Develop content strategies based on YouTube analytics and AI-powered trend analysis
- Maintain consistent posting schedules and content quality across all video formats

Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing with DaVinci Resolve
- Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve's key features:
- Color grading and color management
- Fusion for motion graphics and effects
- Fairlight for audio editing and mixing
- Cut page for quick edits and content repurposing
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and content optimization strategies
- Experience creating engaging thumbnails using DaVinci Resolve's still frame export
- Knowledge of podcast production and educational content creation
- Understanding of YouTube Analytics and data-driven content optimization
- Experience with YouTube Shorts creation and optimization
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple video projects

Technical Skills:
