We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and optimize our dropshipping e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing customer inquiries, handling chargebacks (PayPal and credit cards), and building customer service teams. This role requires deep knowledge of the dropshipping business model and the ability to create efficient structures and templates for seamless customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the customer service team, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
• Handle chargebacks, disputes, and escalations with PayPal and credit card providers.

• Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Monitor customer service KPIs and implement improvements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in the dropshipping industry.
• Proven expertise in handling chargebacks and payment disputes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems.
Preferred:
• Experience working with international e-commerce customers.
• Knowledge of payment processing systems and dispute resolution.
