Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Scheduling:

Create and schedule engaging posts tailored for Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, and Google My Business.
Use photos and content ideas provided to craft professional and consistent posts.
Edit and create compelling videos to enhance content quality and engagement.
Ensure posts and videos align with brand messaging and are delivered on schedule.
Video Editing:

Edit videos for social media platforms to fit their specifications and audience preferences.
Add text overlays, music, and other creative elements to make content stand out.
Account Management:

Manage up to 20+ accounts efficiently with precision and care.
Maintain consistent posting schedules to ensure accounts remain active and engaging.
Platform Interaction:

Respond to reviews on Google Maps promptly and professionally.
Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate with the team using tools like Slack and Google Drive.
Provide regular updates and insights on account performance.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities:
Starting salary: $500/month USD (with the right skills, we can increase this within a short time frame).
Growth potential: As we expand and add more accounts, your compensation will grow.

Qualifications:
Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts and creating engaging posts.
Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and platforms.
Proficiency in tools like Slack, Google Drive, and basic graphic design tools.
Ability to create quality posts and videos in 30 minutes or less per account.
Growth-oriented and willing to adapt as the agency scales.
