2. Project Management
* Oversee the execution of web design projects to ensure timely delivery.
* Allocate resources, set deadlines, and monitor project progress.
* Coordinate between design, development, and client service teams.
* Implement project management tools and methodologies.
3. Client Coordination
* Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
* Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to the team.
* Manage expectations and handle escalations.
4. Team Management
* Hire, train, and supervise team members.
* Assign roles and responsibilities within the agency.
* Foster collaboration among teams (design, development, marketing).
* Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional growth.
5. Quality Assurance
* Ensure that design and development outputs meet client expectations and agency standards.
* Review project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the brief.
6. Process Optimization
* Evaluate existing processes and identify inefficiencies.
