Seeking a High Functioning Part-Time Virtual Assistant

Your Role:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be a key player in managing customer support and supporting our e-commerce operations. This includes Whatsapp, Email, Phone customers for one of our main brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries on Reamaze, Whatsapp in English within 24 hours.
- Handling discounts, sales, refunds, reshipments, and order modifications.
- Coordinating with logistics for order fulfillment issues.
- Developing and integrating response templates.
- Informing customers about product restocks via email.
- Answering WhatsApp business messages.
- Keeping the team updated on any issues.
- Communication with the team
- Gathering trust pilot reviews from assisted customers
- Improve customer support processes

Essential Skills:

- Fluent/Native in English
- Organized, efficient, and capable of working independently.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.
- Team player with problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and openness to feedback.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- E-commerce and Shopify experience is a must
- Willingness to ask questions when needed.
- Timely responses to messages.
- Proactive in improving processes
