Job Title: Lead Conversion Specialist

Job Description:

We are a growing business looking for a highly motivated and organized Lead Conversion Specialist to help us convert leads from platforms such as Checkatrade, Bark, MyBuilder, and other similar platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor these platforms, respond promptly to incoming leads, and work closely with our team to ensure that no opportunity is missed.

As our Lead Conversion Specialist, you will:

Monitor Lead Platforms: Regularly check Checkatrade, Bark, MyBuilder, and other similar platforms for new job leads.
Craft Intro Messages: Collaborate with the team to create engaging and effective introductory messages tailored to each lead.
Quote for Jobs: Assist in providing quotes to potential clients and ensure all necessary information is provided.
Follow Up: Send follow-up messages to ensure we stay top of mind with potential clients.
Obtain Reviews: Request and collect reviews from satisfied clients to build our reputation on these platforms.
Opportunity Management: Make sure that we don’t miss any potential business opportunities.
Job Selection: Work with the team to identify the right types of jobs that align with our business and expertise.
Collaboration: Communicate regularly with the team to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Business Growth: Actively contribute to the growth of the business by being proactive in pursuing opportunities and improving processes.
Appointment Scheduling: If necessary, help schedule appointments with potential clients.
Organize and Manage Spreadsheets: Maintain and update spreadsheets to track leads, quotes, follow-ups, and reviews in an organized manner.
Skills and Requirements:

Proactive and Detail-Oriented: You should be highly proactive and ensure that we are always ahead of the competition when it comes to responding to leads.
Strong Communication: You must have excellent written communication skills to engage potential clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Organized: You will need to stay on top of multiple tasks, keeping track of leads, follow-ups, and quotes efficiently.
Experience with Lead Platforms: Familiarity with Checkatrade, Bark, MyBuilder, or similar platforms is a big plus.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate well with our team and contribute to the overall business success.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various software tools, including spreadsheets, communication tools, and the lead platforms mentioned.
Fluent in English: Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
