About Us:
At Securafy, we provide tailored IT solutions and cybersecurity services for SMBs in the US. We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a pivotal role in generating qualified appointments for our Business Development Manager (BDM).
Your Mission:
Your primary responsibility will be to make
Top 3 Goals:
- Schedule a minimum of 5 qualified appointments per week that sit for the BDM.
- Maintain 100% Accuracy in the company’s database.
- Meticulously track and manage appointments in HubSpot from start to finish, ensuring proper reporting and adherence to processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Outbound Calling: Make
- CRM Management: Keep detailed notes on calls, update records, and accurately track activities in HubSpot.
- Appointment Management: Confirm, concierge, and reschedule appointments; follow up on no-shows and cancellations.
- Reporting: Submit weekly scorecards to the Marketing Director and management team, including highlights, challenges, and a focus plan for the next week.
- Lead Follow-Up: Qualify, classify, and route leads to the appropriate person while updating CRM records.
Work Hours & Expectations:
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (United States time).
- Punctuality is non-negotiable: You must start on time and work the entire shift. Showing up late or ending your shift early is not acceptable.
Guaranteed Income + Incentives:
Salary: $900/month + Commissions
$50 for each qualified appointment that sits (SAT)
$500 commission for every closed client/new customer
Important Notes About Commissions:
- Only QUALIFIED appointments booked will be counted toward your quota and eligible for commissions.
- Appointments must meet specific criteria (e.g., within our target market) and must be tracked in HubSpot from start to finish.
- No-shows or appointments outside our target market will not be counted, and no commission will be awarded.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Proven success in outbound calling, appointment setting, or similar sales roles.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Must have a neutral to American accent and confidence speaking with US-based prospects.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRMs, dialers, and scheduling tools correctly and efficiently.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow scripts, processes, and reporting protocols with precision.
- Goal-Oriented: A strong drive to meet and exceed quotas consistently.
- Reliable Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and maintain a professional home-office setup.
