Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
• Create and implement
• Develop client retention systems to encourage repeat bookings and loyalty.
• Run and optimize Meta

Administrative Support:
• Manage scheduling for group classes and 1:1 sessions
• Assist with
• Oversee basic bookkeeping tasks like invoices and expense tracking.
Business Growth & Efficiency:
• Identify gaps in operations and propose improvements for efficiency.
• Work collaboratively to develop systems that support long-term growth.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant in sales & marketing roles.
• Proven experience with sales funnels, client retention strategies, and lead generation.
• Familiarity with
• Meta Ads Manager experience with results-driven advertising strategies.
• Strong copywriting and basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to self-manage and contribute ideas.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
