We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Lead Generation Manager for our Boost/Swaps Department. This role is pivotal in overseeing the planning and execution of lead initiatives and department activities aimed at driving traffic to our models’ social pages. The position combines operational management, strategic planning, and team collaboration to ensure the department meets and exceeds its growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate strategic plans for lead initiatives within the department.
- Manage daily operations of the Boost/Swaps Department, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align department goals with broader organizational strategies.
- Monitor and analyze department performance metrics, including tracking link effectiveness, free trial link conversions, and overall fan acquisition.
- Innovate and refine processes to improve the quality and quantity of leads generated.
- Mentor and manage the Boost/Swaps team, providing clear direction and support.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment that encourages creativity and initiative.
- Analyze detailed reports on lead performance, including revenue and conversion rates.
- Utilize insights from data to inform future strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to the Operations Manager and executive team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a management role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies, tracking tools, and metrics.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
