Title: Shopify Assistant

Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Shopify Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and previous experience in managing and optimizing online stores.

Key Responsibility:

1. Product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
2. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rate, and average order value, to identify areas for improvement.
3. Implement strategies to optimize website usability, navigation, and functionality to enhance the customer shopping experience.
4. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales events on the Shopify platform.
5. Assist in the creation and maintenance of product content, including product descriptions, images, and pricing, to ensure accuracy and consistency across the platform.


Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Previous experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
-Proficiency in Shopify administration, including product management, order fulfillment, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
