Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence (Instagram,
Edit engaging video and graphic content tailored to each platform.
Schedule and publish content consistently using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing monthly reports with actionable insights.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.
Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and algorithms to optimize content reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Editor (Portfolio required).
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Creativity and a keen eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
