YouTube Ads/Google Ads and GoHighLevel Specialist

JOB TYPE: Part-time LOCATION: Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE
I am seeking an experienced YouTube Ads/Google Ads and GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join my team. This role requires minimum 3 months previous experience with YouTube Ads or Google Ads AND minimum 3 months experience with GoHighLevel, with the ability to create YouTube ad campaigns for clients. You will also handle client onboarding and CRM setup in GoHighLevel.

This position requires a time investment of 4 to 16 hours per month, depending on the number of clients assigned. Attention to detail is critical for this role, as there is an exact Onboarding SOP document that must be followed meticulously.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• GoHighLevel Account Configuration:
1. Set up and customize client accounts in GoHighLevel (GHL) for calendar, form, funnel and workflow integration
2.Create landing pages (funnels) with appropriate tracking integrations.

• YouTube Ads Setup:
1. Upload video ads to YouTube Studio and configure campaigns in Google Ads.
2. Create campaigns using the provided SOP document

• Conversion Tracking:
1. Set up simple conversion actions in Google Ads for lead submissions and appointments.
2. Integrate tracking codes into landing pages and troubleshoot any setup issues.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:
1. Conduct comprehensive tests to validate campaign elements, including landing pages, automations, and tracking.
2. Ensure all campaigns and integrations function seamlessly before launch.

REQUIREMENTS
• Essential: minimum 3 months proven experience managing Google Ads or YouTube Ads campaigns.
• Essential: minimum 3 months proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) - In depth knowledge of Funnels and automation workflows in GoHighLevel
• Strong communication: able to respond to messages
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to follow clear instructions

WORKLOAD & SALARY
• Workload: 4 to 16 hours per month, depending on the number of clients assigned per month. Each client takes about 4 hours to onboard successfully.
• Salary: $20 per completed, onboarded client, ($5 per hour)
