Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns.

Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns
Social Media Management: Manage posting schedules, monitor engagement, and provide insights on social media performance.
CRM Maintenance: Update and organize leads, contacts, and campaign data in our CRM system
Marketing Research: Conduct competitor research, trend analysis, and identify new opportunities for our clients.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including organizing marketing materials and tracking project timelines.
Analytics Reporting: Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media schedulers, email marketing software, CRM systems).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
Proficient in tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and project management software..
