Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Paid Social Media Specialist with a proven track record of at least 3 years managing PPC accounts and paid ad campaigns. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in optimizing ad spend, delivering strong ROI, and achieving client goals through strategic paid social initiatives.

Responsibilities:

-Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
-Create and test ad copy, creatives, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
-Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategy.
-Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of ad spend to maximize ROI.
-Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to align paid strategies with client goals and broader marketing campaigns.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for paid social media.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social accounts and PPC campaigns.
-Demonstrable success in managing ad spend and optimizing performance for various accounts.
-Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign funnel strategies.
-Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party tracking platforms.
-Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and internal team collaboration.
-Ability to provide real-world examples of tactics and strategies you've implemented successfully.
