JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and efficient Content Creator/Scheduler to join our team at Suites on Main, a coworking space located in East Aurora, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram, and will be responsible for creating and scheduling 3 posts per day. These posts should align with our brand’s core pillars: Self-worth, Entrepreneurship, and Community.

The role will involve a blend of educational, promotional, and engaging content designed to grow our online presence, engage our audience, and promote Suites on Main’s services globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging and visually appealing content for Facebook and Instagram.
Schedule 3 posts per day on both platforms, ensuring a balanced mix of educational, promotional, and community-building content.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand content goals and align posts with Suites on Main's brand pillars (Self-worth, Entrepreneurship, Efficiency).
Monitor post-performance and adjust strategies as needed to increase engagement.
Ensure all content is aligned with current trends and optimizes for reach and engagement.
Respond to any questions or interactions that arise on social media posts as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media content creation and scheduling.
Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook, including platform trends and best practices.
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative, self-motivated, and results driven.
