We are a forward-thinking business specializing in highly advanced VR entertainment, dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences for our clients. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to work closely with our sales team, focusing on prospect communication and CRM management, while also supporting other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties:

The primary responsibilities is to help company grow in sales this position requires a high performing individual that will think outside the box and be able to find leads talk to them and make sure they are close to being closed and then hand that to sales closers this is not an admin position but rather someone that knows how to market and sell, this is a start up therefore we expect you to work hard, know how to sell, communicate very well, and work with the rest very well


Here are some responsibilities


CRM Management (GoHighLevel):

Maintain and update customer records in GoHighLevel CRM.
Track lead interactions and ensure data accuracy.
Create and manage automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing.

Prospect Communication:

Communicate effectively with prospects via email, phone, or chat to qualify leads.
Identify the right point of contact within organizations.
Hand off qualified leads to the sales team for closing.
Lead Nurturing:

Follow up with potential clients to build relationships and ensure engagement.
Provide initial information about our products/services and answer basic questions.
Secondary Duties:

Administrative Support:

Assist with scheduling and coordinating sales meetings.
Handle routine administrative tasks as required.
Be ready to assist the company CEO with administrative or ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Social Media / website Assistance:

Occasionally assist with basic social media posting and engagement also possibility help with SEO

Marketing as well might be needed as we want to develop tournaments and championships that might require developing and finding influencers.

Qualifications:
Experience with GoHighLevel CRM or a similar CRM platform is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Proven ability to communicate with prospects professionally and persuasively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of tasks, including assisting the CEO directly.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) is a plus.
Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is a bonus.
