About the Role -
We are seeking an entry-level AI Automations Expert to assist in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven workflows within our organization. In this position, you’ll receive hands-on mentorship in planning and mapping out automation flows, while gaining experience in cutting-edge tools and platforms. You’ll also have a clear path to professional development, with the possibility of growing into a leadership role as your skills mature.

Key Responsibilities -

? Assist in AI & Automation Development
· Collaborate on end-to-end AI automations using tools such as n8n, Make.com, and LangChain.
· Learn to build and troubleshoot HTTP API integrations for various systems.
· Contribute to setting up headless browsers and AI agents under supervision.

? Coding & Technical Integrations
· Develop foundational skills in Python and JSON for scripting and data handling.
· Support the creation and maintenance of API connections, working alongside senior team members.
· Utilize GitHub for version control, including basic branching and pull requests.

? Design & Flow Mapping
· Work with senior staff to map out automation processes, document requirements, and track workflow steps.
· Participate in the process design phase, ensuring automations align with business objectives.
· Record simple process videos to illustrate each workflow and highlight key steps.

? Professional Development & Collaboration
· Receive ongoing mentorship from the team to advance your AI and automation skills.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline processes and generate new ideas.
· Stay curious and up-to-date on emerging AI technologies to help keep us at the forefront of innovation.

? Technical & Communication Requirements
· Maintain a stable internet connection and have access to a reliable laptop capable of running AI-related tools.
· Communicate clearly in English (both written and verbal); record project walk-through videos as needed.
· Be available during EST hours for synchronous communication and team collaboration.

Required Qualifications -
• 1–2 Years of Experience: Hands-on or academic experience with AI, automation, or related fields.
• Basic Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python, JSON, or similar scripting languages.
• API Exposure: Some background knowledge in HTTP APIs—either through coursework or personal projects.
• Automation Tools: Ideally, some exposure to n8n, Make.com, or workflow orchestration platforms.
• Strong English Proficiency: Both written and verbal, with the confidence to communicate ideas clearly.

Preferred Qualifications -
• Marketing/Sales Understanding: Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM systems is a plus.
• OpenAI/LLM Knowledge: Experience tinkering with GPT-based models or other LLM frameworks.
• Headless Browser Automation: Introductory experience with Puppeteer, Selenium, or Playwright.

Compensation & Growth -
• Monthly Salary Range (Philippines, entry-level): PHP 40,000 to PHP 70,000 (approx. USD 700–1,200), depending on experience and skill set.
