We’re on the lookout for a driven, resourceful Workflow Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and is eager to grow through continuous professional development.

Role Overview:
As a Workflow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SMS campaign workflows using the Go High Level platform. These workflows will connect to our own clinic acquisition goals and integrate seamlessly with our aesthetic clinic clients’ databases or campaigns funnelled through Meta.

Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Development: Build and optimize workflows with triggers and automations that align with client acquisition strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure workflows meet campaign objectives.
Workflow Management: Study and replicate existing workflows, customizing them to fit specific campaign needs.
Training & Upskilling: Participate in Go High Level training provided by the company to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and improve workflows to ensure they operate efficiently and achieve desired outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience using Go High Level or similar CRM and automation platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, particularly in SMS and automation.
Ability to create and manage sequences with triggers and automations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and upskill.
Experience using Slack and ClickUp would be an advantage
