Zoho Specialist

We are Batterij Thuis, a Dutch company specializing in the installation of home batteries, solar panels, and charging stations. Our business is growing rapidly, and we recently transitioned to the Zoho CRM system. While the foundation of the CRM is well set up, we find that it still takes a significant amount of time to manage. This is primarily because we currently create quotes in Word documents, requiring us to manually input the same data twice.

We are looking for someone who can help us automate processes within Zoho. Our main priority is integrating our quotes into Zoho so that customer information, quote numbers, and other details update automatically. The next step would be to automatically generate and send invoices to our customers. This forms the core of the current project.

In the future, we’d also like to explore the possibility of automatically generating emails to suppliers whenever a customer approves a quote. These purchase orders would need to include a payment reference that matches the corresponding quote.

Once these foundational processes are in place, we’d like to explore additional opportunities for automation. Your input will be invaluable as we identify ways to further optimize our business together.
