Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Hello! My name is Damon Zhen, I am starting an online business called “PM Career Launcher”. I help people from around the world land their first project management job. I'm looking for a skilled video editor and graphic designer who I can build long term (many years) relationship with and who is eager to grow and get even better. This role can be extended to a full time position.

You will be responsible of turning my raw recording footages into engaging and informative videos (btoh long form 10-15 mins and short form videos) which will be posted to YouTube and my online course platform. You will also create graphics such as thumbnails, course-content-related assets such as logo, posters, etc. This YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/@PMCareerLauncher, is where the videos will be posted to.

Your daily tasks will require 2 main skillsets:
1. Ability to turn talking head recordings into high-quality educational videos (long form is my main focus at the moment). You can refer to this channel: https://www.youtube.com/@JeffSu
2. Graphic Design capabilities and creativity to produce thumbnails and other visual assets that build a strong brand image.
