Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Rental Reminders
-Send rental reminders via
-Ensure all reminders are accurate and dispatched promptly.
2. Client Communication
-Contact clients with outstanding payments.
-Follow up consistently to ensure timely payments.
-Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
3. Document Preparation
-Draft rental and service agreements as required.
-Verify that all documents are accurate, complete, and properly organized.
4. Invoicing
-Create and send invoices to clients.
-Monitor payments and maintain accurate records.
5. Social Media Management
-Perform basic social media tasks, such as posting updates and engaging with followers.
-Ensure content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategy.
6. General Administrative Support
-Provide additional administrative assistance as needed.
-Undertake other tasks or projects assigned by management.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the automotive or a related industry.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
-Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing workload effectively.
-Experience in invoicing and document preparation.
-Capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Understanding of automotive industry processes and terminology.
-Basic knowledge of accounting or finance.
