Full-Time Virtual Assistant for HVAC Digital Marketing Agency

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our HVAC digital marketing agency. In this full-time role, you will play a key role in appointment setting, editing videos, and numerous other virtual assistant activities. You will work closely with our team to ensure the calendar is filled with appointments, videos are edited, and documents/spreadsheets are organized/created. This position offers significant growth potential both in pay and responsibilities as you gain experience.

**Responsibilities:**
- Focus on appointment setting for inbound leads.

- Manage and update CRM Go High Level for client communications, follow-ups, and campaign management. - Assist with content scheduling, social media posting, and other digital marketing activities.

- Help with lead generation tasks, such as managing email campaigns and setting up automations.

- Coordinate with clients, schedule appointments, and handle basic customer service inquiries. - Perform administrative tasks such as managing emails, organizing files, and data entry.

- Provide ongoing support for digital marketing projects, including tracking campaign performance and generating reports. - Assist in researching market trends and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing strategies.

**Qualifications:**
- Proficient in speaking English

- Proficient in editing videos using capcut pro (or any video editing software)

- Preferred experience in digital marketing, with a focus on HVAC or any home service business.

- Knowledge of softwares. Calendly, Capcut, Canva, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Go High Level, is highly preferred.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and online advertising.

**Compensation:**
- Full-time position - Base: $615 per month + Commission
