Are you a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager with experience in growing brand presence and engagement? We are looking for someone to lead and execute social media strategies for a fast-growing luxury home brand.

Industry: Home Decor, Luxury Branding, Digital Marketing
Salary: Approx. $1,600 USD/month (Full-Time)
Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Central time (non-negotiable)
Location: Fully Remote

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management
- Experience managing social media accounts with at least 20K followers
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content and engagement
- Proficiency in Canva (Photoshop is a plus)
- Positive attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Verifiable references from past roles

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury branding, home decor, or lifestyle industries
- Strong understanding of content marketing and engagement strategies
- Basic video editing skills for Reels and Pinterest content

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Engage with the brand’s audience by responding to comments, messages, and discussions
- Create on-brand visuals using Canva and curate user-generated content
- Monitor social media metrics and optimize strategies based on insights
- Assist in sourcing and managing influencer partnerships
