Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Manage and grow Amazon accounts by developing and executing strategies to optimize performance (SEO, PPC, product listings, etc.).
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to maximize sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute client tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Use Asana to create, assign, and track tasks related to client projects.
• Provide regular updates to clients on account performance and growth strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities for accounts and propose creative solutions to challenges.
Qualifications:
• Amazon Expertise: Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, advertising tools, and best practices.
• Proven experience in account management and scaling e-commerce businesses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Self-motivated, driven, and willing to put in the hard work (“grinder” mentality) to achieve outstanding results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
