JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for 1-2 hours of support per day with administrative activities for two of my businesses. These two businesses are in the coaching and personal development space - Becoming Kinetic is an online coaching and mastermind community for entrepreneurs where we hold weekly Zoom calls and have a community Facebook group; Charlotte Entrepreneurs is my local meetup (and a pipeline into Becoming Kinetic) where we host monthly in-person networking events and have a local Facebook group as well.

To start, I'm looking for someone to help with the following:
1. Manage my email, calendar, and CRM. As a mindset and success coach who runs multiple communities, I spend a lot of time meeting with and talking to people. I need this to be organized - notes from my Reflect.app notetaking platform added to my CRM (GoHighLevel), follow up tasks managed, calendar invites updated and sent, communication managed, etc.
2. Build and keep up with my to-do list each day. I regularly need to follow up with people and also stay on top of other tasks to support my businesses, so I need you to consolidate my action items each day and have them ready for me when I start each morning
3. I need help managing both Facebook groups. This includes screening people who request to join, sending personalized messages to everyone who joins, deleting spam posts, and helping me post and engage in the community
4. Other projects - this includes tasks like building GHL landing pages & funnels, building automations, building courses, and other requirements as they arise

This starts as a part time position with numbers 1-3 requiring a little bit of attention daily and other time being used for #4 as needed. Over time as we work together more I’d love to see if this can become a full time thing!

Applicant Requirements:
-As a coach I want to work with someone who understands the importance of and values personal development
-The right applicant will have an expert grasp of the English language and can write perfectly
-The right applicant is a self-starter who can take the initiative to solve problems and anticipate the question I haven't yet asked
-The right applicant isn't afraid to ask questions and hold me accountable to tasks
-The right applicant takes responsibility for their actions (and inactions), communicates effectively, and takes deadlines seriously
-The right applicant is tech savvy and can quickly pick up on any platform that's new to them
-The right applicant is a pro in all things G-Suite, and is particularly adept at navigating Gmail, GCal, and Sheets
-The right applicant is intimately familiar with Facebook and can easily manage a community
-A great applicant is familiar with GoHighLevel and knows how to navigate the platform, particularly the CRM, Pipelines, Landing Pages, and Emails
-A great applicant has an eye for graphic design and can navigate Canva, build aesthetically pleasing landing pages, and more

If this is you, send me a message with the subject line “I VALUE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT” that explains why you're a good fit for the role and we can go from there!

I look forward to hearing from you.
Patrick
