Answer phone calls, respond to emails, assist customers with any issues they have, such as rescheduling, adding services to their order, and complaints. Hours are Monday - Friday 1pm - 10pm central time (U.S). You must be reliable, able to show up every day for work, fluent in speaking and writing in English, and have high speed internet. Phone support is not scripted. Bonuses available based on performance and reliability.
