Excess Funds Virtual Assistant | Cold Calling and HubSpot Expert

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team in the niche of excess funds recovery. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, lead generation, and CRM management, specifically with HubSpot. You will play a critical role in reaching out to potential clients, following up on leads, and helping recover surplus funds effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided scripts and lead lists.
Manage and update lead information in HubSpot CRM.
Conduct skip tracing and research to find accurate client contact details.
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients.
Send follow-up emails, texts, and voicemail drops as needed.
Organize and track leads through the sales pipeline using HubSpot.
Utilize PropStream for occasional property research when necessary.
Handle objections and answer basic client questions confidently.

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for lead management and tracking.
Familiarity with PropStream or willingness to learn.
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be available to work full-time (8 hours/day, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST).
Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment (e.g., headset, computer).

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in excess funds recovery, real estate, or foreclosure niches.
Knowledge of tools like Twilio, RingCentral, or skip tracing platforms.
Experience handling objections and closing deals over the phone.
