JOB OVERVIEW

As a Motion Graphics Designer, you bring graphics to life. You assist in creating storyboards for video and animation, then bring fluid engaging motion to visually communicate the message. You are a great collaborator and communicator working closely with our design team to move fast and deliver exceptional work.

What You Do:

Design & Production of Motion Graphics:

Develop visually stunning motion graphics, such as web banners, interactive elements, videos, GIFs, and more, for both our website and clients.
Continuously generate fresh, unique, and captivating motion graphic designs that align with our brand and client objectives.
Create motion graphics to boost website user interaction rates and extend session durations.
Ensure projects are delivered promptly, meeting established deadlines while upholding quality standards.
Collaboration and Integration:

Collaborate closely with team members to seamlessly embed motion graphics into web designs, enhancing the overall user journey.
Work harmoniously with web designers, developers, and content creators to integrate motion graphics into cohesive web experiences.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and motion graphics technologies to keep our designs at the forefront of innovation.
Integrate newfound design trends and technologies into motion graphics to maintain a modern and captivating aesthetic.
Act on feedback from both team members and clients to iteratively refine motion graphic designs, ensuring they align with desired objectives.
Client-Centric Approach:

Tailor motion graphic designs to meet client-specific needs and preferences.
Asset Management and Optimization:

Maintain a well-organized library of design assets and templates to expedite future production processes.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all motion graphics meet high-quality standards and effectively convey their intended messages.
Skills & Education Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in motion graphics design, with a focus on web applications.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing web-centric motion graphics and animations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other industry-standard software.
Web Understanding: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure designs are feasible for web implementation.
Creativity: A keen eye for design, detail, and a passion for storytelling through motion.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
