Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage and optimize Zoho CRM to streamline workflows, ensure data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to support business objectives.
Train and mentor tea
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align administrative efforts with company goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing administrative operations.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work during US Working hours.
