JOB OVERVIEW

About Us: We are a dynamic real estate team in Raleigh, North Carolina USA focusing on residential luxury and relocation real estate for buyers and sellers. Our social media presence is a blend of lifestyle and real estate business, and we are seeking a creative and organized virtual assistant to help keep our media consistent and engaging.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
-Create and manage content for Instagram, including reels, posts, captions, real estate market updates, content calendar management, and engagement.
-Network, engage, and manage posts on LinkedIn.
-Pipeline projects include creating and managing a >Facebook community, business page, and ads.

Real Estate Admin Work:
-Run market reports.
-Organize sales lead pipeline through Sierra CRM.
-Communicate with clients/prospects to maintain engagement.

Content Creation:
-Design Canva PDF guides (e.g., relocation guides).
-Craft and send email marketing campaigns through FloDesk.

Qualifications:
-1-2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
-Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
-Must have strong creative eye for aesthetics and design.
-Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and ability to stay on top of trends & platform updates.
-Familiarity with Canva and email marketing tools like FloDesk.
-Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Work Schedule:
-Flexible hours on your own schedule.
-Periodic check-in meetings via video.
-Most communication done through chat.

Growth Opportunities:
We are looking for someone who can grow with our brokerage over the next few years. You will start by handling projects for myself, my husband, and another agent in our office to fill full-time hours. We have many opportunities to scale our business with the right individual. We would love someone eager and willing to eventually take on more hands-on sales tasks that are client-facing as skills are proven and company grows! Structure will start as hourly and move to salary after our first performance review and includes performance bonuses for successful social media campaigns.

Initial Projects:
-Creating relocation guides in Canva.
-Managing Instagram social content.
-Data entry tasks for our new CRM.
