Position: Patient Appointment Setter
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Hours: 30+ hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM UK Standard Time)

As an appointment setter, you will be at the forefront of this mission, ensuring that potential patients (leads from advertisements) take the first step toward better health, and that existing patients are re-activated back into care. 


What You’ll Do:
This role is both challenging and rewarding, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering measurable results.

Drive Patient Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential and past patients to schedule appointments.
Exceed Quotas: Meet and surpass key performance metrics, such as appointments scheduled and attended.
Optimise Communication: Work collaboratively to refine call scripts and improve patient scheduling systems.
Handle Objections: Navigate conversations with empathy, persistence, and professionalism, ensuring patients feel valued and motivated to take action.
Manage Details: Keep precise records of all calls, appointments, and patient interactions.
Collaborate: Work closely with our in-centre clinic assistants to ensure that the appointments are correctly placed into the schedule.

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is outflow-oriented (meaning that you love initiating and leading conversations with others) and thrives on action, challenges, and tangible results.

Proven Productivity: You have a track record of success in previous roles, ideally in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
Sales Expertise: You naturally excel at persuasion and building rapport.
Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Self-Motivation: You are performance-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Persistence & Resilience: You don’t give up easily and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in VOIP systems, Google Docs, Gmail, and CRM tools.
