We are currently recruiting not only for English conversation classes but also for new business offerings in IT and marketing. Additionally, this recruitment includes a crowdfunding initiative to provide food for children in the Philippines. At present, our business spans Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, Italy, and more. The position we’re hiring for is a sales person. Because you’ll be communicating with people worldwide, English proficiency is essential, but having (or not having) sales or marketing experience won’t be an issue at all.
Of course, those with experience have an advantage, but simply having experience doesn’t guarantee results—some people just make excuses. To eliminate discrimination based on nationality or experience and to accurately evaluate those who produce results or put forth genuine effort, we have introduced this system.
Therefore, some might find the salary high. But those with high salaries are obviously putting forth effort and producing tangible results. We do have top-level influencers as well, so whether effort is absolutely required can be tricky to say, but we firmly believe that everyone earning a high salary is working hard. Consequently, even if you have no experience, as long as you’re genuinely willing to work hard, you can earn a solid salary under our system. That said, you will still need at least a minimum level of achievement, skill, or talent, so we look forward to receiving your application. Even if you are not selected, if you demonstrate serious effort, we may still offer you another position. On the other hand, we do not hire applicants who are simply “testing the waters” with a generic application.
We currently donate about 50% of our operating profit (after expenses) to a relief fund in the Philippines, so we hope to find applicants who take this seriously. It might be a challenging role, but we think the rewards are great, and we look forward to many applications.
