JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA and KEAP Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Agency. You will manage and optimize our KEAP (formerly InfusionSoft) CRM System, Automate Key Marketing and Sales Processes, and ensure the quality and accuracy of all campaigns. This role requires technical expertise, quality assurance skills, and a strong understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation Workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? KEAP management & optimization configure, and Optimize KEAP for CRM, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation.
? Automation Workflows: Develop and implement automated workflows for marketing and sales processes.
? Campaign QA & Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of campaigns, emails and CRM processes to ensure accuracy and functionality.
? Data Accuracy & Integrity: Ensure that all data in KEAP is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
? Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement and optimize campaign performance.
? Performance Monitoring: Analyze results of automated campaigns and recommend enhancements for better performance.
? Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaigns meet high standards of quality and functionality across platforms.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
? Proven experience in configuring and customizing KEAP (InfusionSoft)
? Strong understanding of CRM, Email Marketing, and Sales Automation
? Experience in Quality Assurance with great attention to detail
? Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
? Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and campaign management
? Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
?Familiarity with performance tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio) is a plus
