AI Tools Developer

We are seeking a dynamic and driven AI Tools Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, building, and deploying AI-powered tools, including AI agents, chatbots, and applications leveraging LLMs. Ideal candidates are either already skilled or eager to upskill in technologies like AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), prompt engineering, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI-driven tools for internal use and client solutions.
- Build and integrate chatbots and AI agents tailored to educational use cases.
- Leverage LLMs and techniques like RAGs to improve tool functionality.
- Experiment with and implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and solutions.
- Continuously learn and adapt to emerging AI technologies.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and experimentation within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Experience in programming (Python preferred) and familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about AI agents, RAGs, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- A passion for technology, innovation, and solving complex problems.

- Experience with or a strong interest in edtech is a plus.
