We are a new and fast-growing real estate investment company looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our operations. This role offers an opportunity to make an impact by helping manage tenant relationships, contractor communications, and rental property portfolios. What You'll Do:
Tenant Communication: Engage with Spanish-speaking tenants to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide updates.
Contractor Coordination: Communicate with Spanish-speaking contractors to manage projects, schedules, and follow-ups.
Listing & Renting: Assist in marketing rental properties, responding to inquiries, scheduling showings, and keeping potential tenants engaged.
Leasing Agreements: Prepare, review, and manage leasing agreements for new tenants.
Basic Accounting: Track property expenses, rental income, and ensure accurate records for each property.
Invoicing: Manage and organize invoices for contractors and property-related expenses.
Bilingual Communication: Speak, read, and write fluently in both Spanish and English to maintain clear and professional communication.
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual Fluency: Proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience: Previous experience in real estate, property management, or administrative roles is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, accounting software, or property management tools is a bonus.
