Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments using ServiceTitan.
- Provide knowledgeable support regarding HVAC or plumbing services.
- Maintain accurate customer records and resolve service issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and team members to coordinate schedules and updates.
- Assist with generating ServiceTitan reports to improve operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with ServiceTitan is required.
Background in customer service, specifically in HVAC or plumbing industries.
