Cold Calling Specialist (Real Estate)

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Cold Calling Specialists from Costa Rica to join our real estate team. As a Cold Caller, you will be the first point of contact with potential sellers, building relationships and identifying opportunities for our business. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Introduction: Initiate calls by introducing yourself and the company, clearly stating the purpose of the call.
Verification: Confirm you're speaking with the property owner and determine their interest in selling.
Qualification: Ask targeted questions to assess the homeowner’s situation, needs, and timeframe for selling.
Information Collection: Gather key details about the property, including:
Seller Name
Property Address
Contact Information
Asking Price
Property Condition (e.g., bed/bath count, square footage, roof/HVAC age, recent updates, etc.)
Motivation for selling
Follow-Up Preparation:
Inform homeowners that the acquisition team will follow up for more in-depth discussions.
Request email addresses to send company information and a welcome packet.
Record Keeping: Document all call details in the company’s CRM system, including date, time, and call outcomes.
Lead Transfer: Provide clear and concise notes for the acquisition team if the seller qualifies as a lead.
Qualifications:

Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
Organized and detail-oriented with experience in CRM systems.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
