Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
Updating tracking numbers and providing order updates to customers.
Utilizing tools such as ChatGPT for efficient communication.(We Provide)
Working with Excel charts to maintain and update relevant data.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with using ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
Basic proficiency in Excel, including managing and updating charts.
Reliable internet connection and availability for 1 hour daily.
