Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Manager/Accountant/Bookkeeper. This is a part-time role designed for an individual who can manage financial tasks efficiently in a limited timeframe, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management:
Maintain accurate client and account records.
Manage and nurture client relationships through regular communication.
Prepare and present account summaries and updates.
Accounting:
Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial statements and reports as needed.
Bookkeeping:
Record and categorize financial transactions.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline financial and accounting processes.
Implement best practices for accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, accounting, or bookkeeping.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently within the set timeframe.
