JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to lead the growth and management of our AI-focused Facebook group. This role will include engaging with the community, managing sponsorships, and overseeing the creation and distribution of a monthly newsletter. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a knack for community building, and experience in sponsorship management and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Growth and Engagement:

Manage and grow the AI Facebook group, ensuring a positive and engaging environment for members.
Create and curate engaging content (posts, polls, discussions) to encourage member interaction.
Respond to member inquiries and moderate group discussions to maintain community guidelines.
Analyze group metrics to track growth and engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Sponsorship Management:

Identify, approach, and secure sponsors aligned with the group’s mission and values.
Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Coordinate deliverables for sponsors, such as featured posts, promotions, or mentions in the newsletter.
Track sponsorship performance and provide regular updates to the team.
Newsletter Creation and Distribution:

Write, design, and distribute a monthly newsletter featuring community highlights, AI news, sponsor content, and upcoming events.
Ensure newsletter content aligns with the group’s mission and interests of members.
Track and analyze newsletter performance, making data-driven improvements.
Other Responsibilities:

Stay updated on AI trends and integrate relevant topics into the group and newsletter.
Collaborate with other team members to align group activities with broader organizational goals.
Manage an organized calendar of group activities, sponsorships, and newsletter schedules.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in community management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with sponsorship acquisition and relationship management.
Proficiency in creating and analyzing content performance metrics.
Familiarity with AI, technology, or related industries is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
